With 120 LED diodes emitting 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared in a 1:2 ratio, this mat delivers targeted therapeutic coverage for joints, muscles, and specific body areas. The higher concentration of near-infrared (850nm) ensures superior deep tissue penetration for pain relief and accelerated healing.

The mat contains internal electrical wiring and LED connections, so excessive folding, bending, pressure, or placing heavy objects on top may damage the internal components and affect its performance.

How to use

Step 1: Position the mat

Place the mat directly on the treatment area—back, shoulders, joints, abdomen, or anywhere you need targeted therapy. Use the Velcro strap to secure it in place as needed for hands-free treatment, or simply position it over the body part requiring treatment.

Step 2: Select your mode

• NIR only mode:  Deeper tissue penetration for pain relief and muscle recovery (add 10Hz pulsing for enhanced relief)
• Red light only mode: Surface-level treatment for skin health, wound healing, and collagen boost
• Red + NIR combined mode: Simultaneous surface and deep tissue benefits for comprehensive wellness

Step 3: Relax for 15 minutes

The device automatically shuts off after 15 minutes. Use 3-5 times per week for general wellness, or daily for acute pain and recovery needs. Recharge when the battery indicator shows low power (up to 10 sessions per charge).

Optimal usage:

• Pain relief: Daily until symptoms improve, then 3-5x per week for maintenance
• Athletic recovery: After workouts or training sessions
• Chronic conditions: 5-7 times per week for ongoing support

Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each use. Water-resistant for easy cleaning. Avoid submerging the mat and charging port in water.
